Borealis
Borealis is an Austrian fertilizer producer with about €1 billion in revenue, part of OMV Group. It specializes in high-quality stabilized nitrogen fertilizers (NAC, Sulphammo) and LINZER NPK compounds. Imported into Ukraine via the western border, popular in the Forest-Steppe and Carpathian region.

John Deere
John Deere is the American global leader in agricultural machinery, in Ukraine since 1994 and holding about 38% of the large tractor segment. The lineup covers 90–640 hp tractors, S700 combines, and StarFire GPS guidance. Supported by 11 official service centers across Ukraine.
Case IH
Case IH is the American-Italian agricultural machinery brand under CNH Industrial, in Ukraine since 1996 with about 22% of the tractor market. Leader in rotary-threshing combines (Axial-Flow). Prices typically 8–12% below John Deere. Eight official service centers.
New Holland
New Holland is the Italian-American brand within CNH Industrial, in Ukraine since 1996. It holds about 15% of the tractor market and leads in hay/forage and mid-size mixed farming. Six official service centers. Pricing is moderate and technology is shared with Case IH.
CLAAS
CLAAS is a German family-owned concern and one of the world's leaders in harvesting equipment. Active in Ukraine since 1998 with about 30% of the combine market. The Lexion 8000 is the most powerful series-production combine in the world. Seven service centers across the Forest-Steppe and Steppe.
Fendt
Fendt is the German premium tractor and combine brand within the AGCO group, known for the Vario stepless transmission. The flagship Fendt 1050 is the most powerful series-production wheeled tractor in the world (517 hp). A niche premium in Ukraine with about 6% share, popular with technology-driven agribusinesses.
Massey Ferguson
Massey Ferguson is the American-British tractor brand within AGCO Corporation, popular in 170+ countries. In Ukraine since 2004 with a modest ~4% share but a loyal mid-farm customer base thanks to its price/quality ratio. Premium British heritage quality at a lower price than Fendt within the same AGCO group.
MTZ Belarus
MTZ Belarus is the Belarusian tractor producer holding about 45% of the Ukrainian small-farm market through the 82.1 model (82 hp) and cheap spare parts. In 2026, imports of new MTZ tractors are partially restricted due to sanctions; the market is shifting to Ukrainian alternatives (KhTZ) and used equipment.
HORSCH
HORSCH is a German manufacturer of seeders, cultivators, and sprayers for intensive agriculture. In Ukraine since 2005 through the Agrotech-Ukraine dealer network. Pronto and Joker are the standard for large Forest-Steppe and Steppe farms of 1,000+ hectares thanks to high throughput and seeding precision.
AMAZONE
AMAZONE is a German manufacturer of sprayers, fertilizer spreaders, and seeding equipment with a 140-year history. In Ukraine since 2001 with an established dealer network. UX sprayers and ZA-TS spreaders hold 25-30% of the Ukrainian market thanks to application accuracy and build reliability.

Syngenta is a Swiss global leader in crop protection and seeds, holding about 18% of the Ukrainian crop protection market. It leads in cereal herbicides (Axial) and sunflower fungicides (Amistar), and is also a major player in sunflower hybrids with the NK lineup.
BASF
BASF is the German chemical giant and leader of the Ukrainian crop protection market with about 20% share. It is especially strong in cereal fungicides (Abacus, Magnello) and the Clearfield sunflower system. In Ukraine since 1995, with 50+ registered products.
Bayer
Bayer is the German life-sciences conglomerate that became the second-largest player in the Ukrainian crop protection market with about 16% share after acquiring Monsanto in 2018. The flagship is Roundup (glyphosate), alongside the Dekalb seed line (maize, sunflower). Present in Ukraine since 1994.
Corteva
Corteva Agriscience is the American agricultural company formed in 2019 from the merger of DuPont, Dow AgroSciences, and Pioneer. In Ukraine, it leads the seed segment (Pioneer holds ~20% of maize and sunflower market) and holds about 12% of crop protection. Strong in premium hybrids and the Granular digital platform.
Adama
Adama is the Israeli global leader in generic crop protection (off-patent active ingredients). It holds about 10% of the Ukrainian market and offers products 15-25% below BASF, Bayer, and Syngenta equivalents at comparable quality. The optimal pick for price-conscious operations.
UPL
UPL is the world's fifth-largest crop protection manufacturer with over 1,300 active ingredients. It specializes in post-patent chemistry priced 20-35% below originators Bayer, BASF, and Syngenta. In Ukraine since 2010 through UPL Ukraine with a Kyiv office and a network of 40+ distributors.

Limagrain
Limagrain is a French farmer-owned cooperative and the 4th-largest seed producer in the world. In Ukraine since 2001, it holds about 14% of the seed market. Especially strong in LG sunflower hybrids (LG5542, LG5555) and winter wheat. The LG and Vilmorin-Mikado brands cover 5 seed categories.
Pioneer
Pioneer is the American seed brand within Corteva Agriscience, with the longest maize breeding history in the world (since 1926). In Ukraine since 1993, holding about 20% of the maize seed market and ~18% of sunflower. Leads on intensive Forest-Steppe chernozems thanks to a stable genetic base and zone-specific precision breeding.
KWS
KWS is the German seed breeding world leader for sugar beet (40% of global market), active in Ukraine since 1998. Especially strong in sugar beet, northern-zone maize, and hybrid rye. A privately held family company with 170 years of continuous breeding investment.

Shell
Shell is one of the world's largest energy conglomerates and the leader of the Ukrainian agricultural lubricant market with about 22% share. TotalEnergies
TotalEnergies is a French energy giant with a full agricultural lubricant lineup: Rubia TIR for diesel engines, Tractagri HDX for tractors, Azolla for hydraulics. Agrinol
Agrinol is Ukraine's largest domestic lubricant manufacturer with a Berdiansk plant and 50,000 t/year capacity. It offers a full range of ag-machinery oils and greases at prices 40-50% below imported Shell and Total. Optimal for budget and mid-size farms with non-demanding older machinery.

Trelleborg
Trelleborg is the Swedish premium leader in agricultural tires with VF (Very High Flexion) technology that operates at 0.8-1.2 bar without losing load capacity.
