What you pay for separately
Logistics — Nova Poshta / tank truck / your fleet, billed by carrier directly to you or the buyer per the listing.
Marketing campaigns — boosted visibility outside our standard AI matching is a separate add-on (Q3 2026).
Bank transaction fees — LiqPay/Wayforpay charge 1-2% on payouts, deducted by them, not by us.
Translation services — we cover EN/UK on the platform; if you need other languages for your listings, you provide.
Payment terms
When you get paid
- 1Buyer pays at order acceptance
Payment is held in LiqPay/Wayforpay escrow — neither party can withdraw until delivery is confirmed.
- 2Escrow releases on delivery confirmation
Either farmer confirms within 48h of receipt, or 7 days after carrier-confirmed delivery (whichever comes first).
- 3Payout to your bank within 1-3 business days
ADAM deducts the 3% platform fee at release. You receive 97% via Ukrainian SEPA / international wire to your registered bank account.
- 4Disputes pause the timer
If the farmer disputes within 48h, escrow holds until our mediation completes (within 7 business days). Outcome determines payout split.
