Cookie policy.

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. They let the site remember your login, preferences, and behavior across pages.

ADAM also uses similar technologies — localStorage, sessionStorage, and server-set tokens. The principles below apply to all of them.

Authentication tokens — keep you logged in across page reloads.

CSRF tokens — protect form submissions from cross-site request forgery.

Cart / checkout state — preserve your selections during a buying session.

Cookie consent state itself — remember which optional cookies you've opted into.

These cookies are essential for the platform to function. Disabling them in your browser will break login and ordering.

adam_asst — a signed counter of the ADAM Assistant's daily limit (the day and the number of messages), with no identifier; lives no longer than 24 hours; set with the first request to the Assistant, including when the Assistant refused.

NEXT_LOCALE — interface language: set only when you choose a language in the switcher; kept for 1 year; read only when you open the site's root address (adam.ua/).

Nothing in this section runs until you opt in via the cookie banner. Choose «Necessary only» and no analytics cookie is set at all.

Contentsquare (Hotjar, which merged into Contentsquare in July 2025) is the first of the three analytics tools we deploy. It records anonymised heatmaps and session replays of the public pages — catalog, product pages, blog, calculators — so we can see which pages farmers actually use and fix the ones that do not work.

Cookies it sets, all first-party: _cs_id (13 months, a random visitor identifier), _cs_s and _cs_s_ctx (30 minutes, session state), _cs_c (13 months, your recorded consent choice). If you decline, the only cookie set is _cs_optout, which exists to remember that you declined.

Contentsquare stores this data in the European Union, on AWS infrastructure in Ireland (eu-west-1). Keystrokes in form fields are masked before they leave your browser. The conversation with the ADAM Assistant — questions and answers — is also masked in session recordings.

It does NOT run on the Vendor or Farmer dashboards. Your orders, quotes, documents and customer data are never recorded.

Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, is the second tool. It measures which channels bring farmers to ADAM and which pages lead to a quote request — the questions a heatmap cannot answer. Like Contentsquare, it loads only after you opt in, and never on the Vendor or Farmer dashboards.

Google processes this data outside the EU, in the United States. That transfer rests on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and on Google LLC's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Your IP address is shortened before storage, and we send Google no name, email address, telephone number or company identifier.

Ringostat is the third: a Ukrainian call-tracking service. It shows different visitors a different phone number, so that when someone calls us we can tell which page or campaign brought them. It changes only the number displayed — the call reaches ADAM either way, and it never reads anything you type.

Cookies it sets, all first-party and prefixed rngst: rngst1 (which number you were shown), rngst2 (the traffic source for your session), rngstHash and rngst_callback (callback-widget state). Decline analytics and no substitution happens — you simply see our standard number.

If you do phone us, the call itself may be recorded and automatically transcribed and summarised so we can improve how we answer. That is separate from cookies and is covered by our privacy policy; you will be told at the start of the call.

You can withdraw consent at any time via «Manage cookies» in the footer. Doing so deletes the analytics cookies and reloads the page, so recording stops immediately.

If you opt in, we may set cookies for: newsletter signup attribution (which post drove the signup), retargeting via LinkedIn / Meta (only with explicit consent), affiliate tracking (none currently active).

Embedded videos (YouTube, Vimeo) set their own cookies when played. We use the privacy-respecting embed mode where available.

Ordering sets cookies while a request or order is being placed. These are essential for the transaction.

Social-share buttons are static <a> links — no cookies until you click through.

Browser settings: most browsers let you block all cookies, third-party cookies only, or specific sites. Note that blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break the platform.

ADAM-side deletion: contact info@adam.ua to request deletion of your associated server-side data (see Privacy Policy §5).

adam_asst_sid — a random session code of the ADAM Assistant. HttpOnly, sent only to /api/assistant, lives until the browser closes; on the server — no longer than 24 hours. Set the moment you open the Assistant's window, before any message. Needed for the Assistant's log and to protect that log from abuse (per-session caps — see the Privacy Policy, section «ADAM Assistant»); your daily limit is kept by the separate adam_asst cookie. Not used for advertising or analytics.

This cookie needs no consent under Ukrainian law: it contains no name, IP address or other details about you, and after 30 days the code is unlinked from the records. The Assistant does not remember you between visits.
