Vendor FAQ.

Submit your company name, EDRPOU/INN, contact details, and target product categories. Our team reviews your business documents (registration certificate, tax ID, bank confirmation), product registrations (DSTU compliance for fertilizers, Ukrainian state pesticide register, etc.), and verifies the listed products against the Ukrainian regulatory database. Verification takes 3-5 business days. You're notified by email + can track status in the vendor dashboard.

3% of completed order value, charged to the vendor (not the farmer). No upfront cost, no monthly subscription, no listing fee. We earn when you earn. If a buyer cancels before shipment or a dispute results in full refund, you owe nothing — fee only applies to completed, accepted, paid-out orders.

Payment flows: (1) Buyer pays at order acceptance, held in LiqPay/Wayforpay escrow. (2) Escrow releases on delivery confirmation — either the farmer confirms within 48h of receipt, or 7 days after carrier-confirmed delivery (whichever comes first). (3) Payout to your bank within 1-3 business days after release. ADAM deducts 3%, you receive 97%.

If the farmer disputes within 48h of delivery, escrow holds and our mediation team reviews the case within 7 business days. Both sides submit evidence (photos, lab reports, communication threads). Outcomes: full refund, partial refund, replacement shipment, or release to vendor. ADAM mediation is binding under platform terms — but either party retains the right to pursue Ukrainian commercial court action.

Yes — there's no per-category fee. Each product gets pillar-tagged (e.g., "Mineral Fertilizers", "Crop Protection", "Spare Parts & Tires") to surface in the right farmer searches. We currently support 11 catalog categories + 17 editorial pillars. Vendors selling across categories often see compound trust effects from being verified across multiple verticals.

Our AI agronomist routes farmer requests to vendors with: (a) the right registered products in their catalog, (b) delivery coverage to the farmer's oblast, (c) sufficient stock + reasonable lead time, (d) high response-rate score. Bigger your catalog + faster your responses + tighter your match to the farmer's spec = more inbound. Vendors with poor response rates (< 50% within 4h) see fewer routed RFQs.

Yes — vendors are responsible for shipping. Most ADAM vendors use Nova Poshta, tank truck (for fuel/AdBlue), or self-pickup. You set delivery options + lead time per listing; the AI matching respects these. ADAM doesn't markup logistics — you bill the buyer directly per the listing terms.

Counterfeit or unregistered agricultural products. Inputs banned under Ukrainian or EU law (e.g., Annex II Pesticide Regulation 1107/2009 substances). Goods violating sanctions regimes. We also don't list dual-use chemicals without explicit Ukrainian state authorization. Listings violating these rules are removed; repeat offenders are de-listed.

You can submit your application and start preparing your catalog immediately. Listings remain in "draft" state until verification clears. Once verified (3-5 business days), drafts publish in your selected order. This means: apply now, prepare your catalog this week, go live next week.

No. ADAM is open to small farms-of-suppliers selling specialty inputs as well as multi-million ₴ distributors. The 3% fee applies equally regardless of volume; we don't have tiered pricing or minimums. The only friction is verification — small operations sometimes have less paperwork ready, which can extend the 3-5 day window. Reach out if you have any questions before applying.
