About the brand
Case IH was created in 1985 as a merger of Case Corporation (founded in 1842 by Jerome Case in the US to build steam threshers) and International Harvester (founded in 1902 to build tractors). In 1999, Case joined New Holland under CNH Industrial, one of the world's largest agricultural machinery producers owned by Italy's Exor group. Case IH is best known for Axial-Flow rotary combines — a technology Case invented in 1977. Rotary threshing is gentler on grain, reduces shattering, and is especially effective on soybeans and sunflower. The product range includes tractors from 75 to 682 hp (Farmall, Puma, Magnum, Quadtrac series), Axial-Flow 150/250 combines, Early Riser precision planters, and a full tillage lineup. Case IH traditionally offers reliable mechanical durability and powerful FPT (Fiat Powertrain Technologies) engines.

Presence in Ukraine
Case IH has been active in Ukraine since 1996 through a dealer and service center network. The main distributor is BV Broker, running 8 centers in Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, Poltava, Dnipro, Odesa, Ternopil, and Mykolaiv. Case IH is particularly strong in the combine segment for soybeans, sunflower, and maize — the Axial-Flow 8250/9250 is popular with farms above 3,000 ha because it handles wet grain and delivers a consistently clean bin. In tractors, the Magnum 240–400 hp series competes head-to-head with the John Deere 8R. On ADAM in April 2026, Case IH spare parts are quoted by 3–4 distributors with an average response time of 7.1 hours. New equipment prices run 8–12% below comparable John Deere, making Case IH attractive to budget-conscious farms without compromising on quality. The highest-demand spare parts are Axial-Flow rotor cage vanes, CVT transmission friction packs, and hydraulic hoses.
