The class is recorded in Ukraine's State Register of Pesticides alongside LD₅₀ (oral + contact, µg/bee). High = LD₅₀ 0.1–2 µg/bee (pyrethroids Karate Zeon, Decis), extremely_high = <0.1 µg (neonicotinoids Actara, Mospilan before EU restrictions, fipronil). Practical workflow: before any high+ class treatment, the farmer must (a) check the Apiary Register of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy within a 3 km radius, (b) notify each owner by SMS or writing 48 hours ahead, (c) avoid bloom (BBCH 60–69), (d) apply in evening after 19:00. Fines under Art. 239 of the Administrative Code are UAH 850–1700 for individuals and UAH 1700–3400 for entities + civil claim for lost bee colonies (average colony UAH 12 000–18 000 [VERIFY]).
