Planter·Seeders
About this product
The Planter-5.4T model grain drill is intended for the row sowing of 2802 cereals and grain legume crops both separately and with the simultaneous sowing of 2802 grasses and the application of granular mineral fertilizers. Using the main hoppers, it is possible to carry out the sowing of 2802 grain legume and cereal crops through two disc coulters. In the same way it is possible to carry out the sowing of non-free-flowing and medium-free-flowing 2802 of grass.
Advantages of the Planter-5.4T grain drill:
1) the coulter is a double-disc row coulter. The coulter disc is made of boron steel 3 mm thick, which considerably increases the durability and extends the service life of the grain drill. The coulter ensures the cutting of crop residues and the penetration of the discs to a preset depth, which considerably improves the uniformity of emergence. Tubular-construction coulter arms are fitted on the grain drill, which ensure the paired positioning of the coulters along the longitudinal and horizontal arrangement. The coulter mounting rods are made of round (more rigid) section rolled metal with hinged joints for regulating the pressure on the soil and hinged joints, which ensures their reliability.
2) the box for 2802 of grass is fitted on the rear beam of the frame. Roller grass metering units with group regulation of the seeding rates are attached to the bottom of the box.
3) the metering unit box has been increased by 1500 dm3, which makes it possible to reduce the number of stops for loading the machine. The frame of the grain drill has a reinforced construction, which excludes deformation and destruction.
4) a reinforced spring is fitted on the shock absorber rod, which considerably increases the pressure on the coulter.
5) a separate hydraulic cylinder is fitted on each marker. Owing to this, the process of controlling the marker system by the operator directly from the tractor cab is simplified.
6) the coulters are of the hoe type. They are attached by arms and brackets to the bodies of the rear row of disc coulters. The hinged attachment of the arms makes it possible for the coulters to rise and fall easily in the vertical plane. The arm brackets serve to raise the coulters into the transport position. Corrugated seed tubes are attached to the body of the hoe coulters. Through the hoe coulters, free-flowing but small 2802 can be sown from the grass hoppers; by this method it is also possible to carry out the sowing of free-flowing 2802 of grass, which is intended for the cover of cereals.
