About this product
Tropika is a soil-applied pre-emergence herbicide formulated as an emulsifiable concentrate containing 900 g/L acetochlor, a chloroacetamide. It controls annual grasses and several broadleaf weeds in corn, sunflower, and soybean, forming a stable herbicidal screen in the topsoil. Applied by spraying the soil before, during, or after sowing but before crop emergence, at 1.5–3.0 L/ha. It performs well in dry conditions and leaves no crop-rotation restrictions.
