Main advantages
About this product
MAP (monoammonium phosphate) — a granular nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizer containing 12% nitrogen and 52% phosphorus (P2O5) in a fully water-soluble form that is available to plants. The ammonium nitrogen slightly acidifies the root zone, improving the uptake of phosphorus for the development of the root system and for energy metabolism. It is suitable for crops with a high phosphorus requirement: winter wheat, maize, sunflower, rapeseed, soybean and sugar beet. It is applied by the basal or starter method before or during sowing, with incorporation or in a band beside the seed row.
