About this product
XPress™ is a GEA modular roller-press system that separates fibre from manure in several pressing steps, each with higher pressure than the last. The fibre is squeezed rather than ground, so it keeps its length and can be used as cow bedding.
An air bag system presses the rollers evenly across their width, and the rubber roller is built from bolted sections that are easy to rotate and replace. The frame, roller shield and arms are stainless steel, and each steel roller and transition chute has built-in rinsing.
