About this product
OptiPress is a Big Dutchman screw press separator that splits liquid manure into solid and liquid fractions, supplied as a mobile unit in two sizes. A suction pump feeds the substrate into a screen basket, an auger carries the solids to the press, where a spring flap mechanism consolidates them, and a centrifugal pump sends the filtrate to storage.
The solids are spread as fertiliser or pelletised, and the liquid is stored without homogenisation. The unit comes with controls and pumps and is serviced without removing the press head.
