Overview
About this product
Vertical Extract is a GEA vertical manure dewaterer used ahead of the roller press to remove liquid before pressing. It also works as a stand-alone unit that thickens material for digestion or further treatment.
Liquid drains by gravity through the screen openings without pressure, while a large heavy-duty auger carries the solids up to the top outlet. The auger never touches the screen, so there is no contact wear, it can run in reverse to extend its life, and a level regulator tank evens out the inflow.
