About this product
OptiSec Porco is a multi-tier Big Dutchman belt dryer for pig and cattle slurry, built with 4 to 10 tiers and using the barn's warm exhaust air. A screw press separates the slurry, the solids are spread evenly on the top tier, and the system automatically sprays the liquid fraction onto them according to the target dry matter.
Fans push warm air through the perforated belts, and a chain chopper breaks up chunks. The dried solids are spread as fertiliser, fed to a biogas plant or pelletised.
