BRANDT Manni-Plex K — patented foliar feeding supplement with K2O 20.0% for preventing and correcting potassium deficiency on field, row and vegetable crops and grapes.

Main advantages

  • K2O 20.0% — prevention and correction of deficiency
  • Sugar movement, photosynthesis — per the maker
  • Higher fruit Brix — per the maker
  • Low molecular weight — more potassium enters the leaf
  • Most fungicides, insecticides — can be tank-mixed

Overview

About this product

The potassium in this supplement is highly mobile and available through the leaf. Per the maker, the low molecular weight lets a larger share of potassium enter the leaf and reach the growing points, and the proprietary formula covers the leaf surface and sticks to it, extending availability.

The maker links use with the movement of sugars in the plant, stronger photosynthesis and higher fruit Brix. Rate 2.5–5 l/ha per application during the growing season, at least 3 applications; correcting a deficiency may need more frequent ones at 3.5 l/ha, pre-sowing 10–20 l/ha.

Container 1, 4, 10 l.

Application

Rate, timing and crops

Method

Field, row and vegetable crops and grapes: 2.5–5 l/ha per application during the growing season, at least 3 applications

Correcting a deficiency that has already appeared may need more frequent applications at 3.5 l/ha

Conditions

The optimum rate depends on soil properties (pH, organic matter content, texture), weather, time of year, general condition and species of the crop

For a better result the maker advises soil or leaf analysis

Tank mix

Can be mixed in the tank with most fungicides, insecticides and plant growth regulators

Questions & answers

What farmers ask most

  • Rates depend on crop, prior history and soil analysis. This is a straight fertiliser, not an NPK complex at 150–300 kg/ha. An agronomist sets the dose from nutrient offtake.
