About this product
OptiSec is a Big Dutchman drying tunnel for fresh or pre-dried manure from layer houses, built with 4 to 18 tiers of perforated belts. In the filling station on the top tier, load cells weigh the manure and match house and tunnel belt speeds, while two counter-rotating augers spread an even layer for uniform drying.
A chain chopper, fitted at the end of any tier, breaks up chunks before they dry. Every tier has an emergency stop, and patented roller bearers keep the air circulating and the belts running smoothly.
