About this product
BD PelletTower is a compact Big Dutchman plant for pelletising pre-dried poultry manure on farm complexes with 600,000 to 1.5 million layers. Manure from a dosing hopper with scraper floor is ground in a hammer mill that also separates foreign matter, then passes a conditioner with online dry-matter measurement, the pellet mill and the cooler.
The pellet mill sits close to the bagging unit, so pellets break less and go straight into BigBags or other bags. An optional sanitation unit gives a product with a very low bacterial count.
