About this product
Alfa-Brigadir
Alfa-Brigadir is a post-emergence selective systemic herbicide for beet crops, combining desmedipham (71 g/L), phenmedipham (91 g/L) and ethofumesate (112 g/L) in a vegetable-oil-based emulsifiable concentrate. Desmedipham and phenmedipham act on weed foliage as photosynthesis inhibitors (photosystem II), while ethofumesate is absorbed through young shoots and roots, inhibiting cell division. It controls annual broadleaf and some grass weeds — fat-hen, pigweed, black nightshade, cleavers. Apply at 1 L/ha on emerged weeds at the cotyledon stage, using 200-300 L/ha of working solution.
