ЖК-82.05.650 Fixed stripper plate ЖК-82

Description:

The ЖК-82.05.650 fixed stripper plate is a specialized element of ЖК-82 series agricultural equipment, made of high-quality steel or another strong material. It has high resistance to mechanical loads and wear, which ensures a long service life and reliable operation in various operating conditions.

Purpose: The ЖК-82.05.650 fixed stripper plate performs the following functions:

 • Protection of the equipment: The main function of the plate is to protect the working mechanisms and assemblies of the equipment against damage under load. When the permissible loads are exceeded the plate breaks, preventing failure of the more expensive and complex components of the system.  • Provision of safety: It serves as a safety element, preventing emergency situations and damage to the equipment under excessive mechanical loads.  • Stabilization of operation: It maintains stable operation of the equipment, ensuring its normal functioning and preventing unwanted breakdowns.  • Simplification of maintenance: Thanks to its design the plate is easily replaced in the event of breakage, which simplifies the maintenance process and shortens the downtime of the equipment.  • Reduction of repair costs: The use of the stripper plate considerably reduces repair costs, preventing damage to the more expensive and complex parts of the equipment.

The ЖК-82.05.650 fixed stripper plate is widely used in various assemblies of ЖК-82 series agricultural machinery. Its use contributes to increased reliability and durability of the equipment, improved operating characteristics and lower maintenance and repair costs.
