ЖК-80.05.600 Stripper plate ЖК-80

Description:

The ЖК-80.05.600 stripper plate is a metal component specially developed for use in ЖК-80 series agricultural equipment. Made of high-quality steel or another strong material, this plate has high resistance to mechanical loads and wear. Its design and precise dimensions ensure reliable operation and compatibility with the other elements of the equipment.

Purpose: The ЖК-80.05.600 stripper plate performs the following functions:

 • Protection against overloads: The plate is intended for protection against overloads. When the permissible loads are exceeded it breaks, preventing damage to the more expensive and complex components of the system.  • Provision of safety: It serves as a safety element, preventing emergency situations and failure of the equipment under excessive loads.  • Stabilization of operation: It takes part in maintaining stable operation of the equipment, ensuring its normal functioning and preventing unwanted breakdowns.  • Convenience of replacement: Thanks to its design the plate is easily replaced in the event of breakage, which simplifies maintenance and shortens the downtime of the equipment.  • Reduction of repair costs: The use of the stripper plate makes it possible to reduce repair costs considerably, preventing damage to the more expensive and complex parts of the equipment.

The ЖК-80.05.600 stripper plate is widely used in various assemblies of ЖК-80 series agricultural machinery. Its use contributes to increased reliability and durability of the equipment, improved operating characteristics and lower maintenance and repair costs.
