Overview
About this product
UAN N26+4S — a mixture of concentrated aqueous solutions of urea and ammonium nitrate with added sulphur: 26% nitrogen, 4% sulphur, 40% urea and 30% ammonium nitrate. The nitrogen is in amide, ammonia and nitrate forms.
A clear or light yellow liquid with a slight smell of ammonia, crystallization temperature −18 °C, freezing −26 °C, pH 7, density 1260 g/l. The seller advises it for all crops, most advisably for small-grain cereals, for basal fertilization, before pre-sowing cultivation, for root and foliar feeding in tank mixes and for fertigation.
For barley it is applied as a basal fertilizer.

Questions & answers
What farmers ask most
- Rates depend on crop, prior history and soil analysis. Urea and other straight nitrogen grades are not an NPK complex: a cereal ballpark is often 100–250 kg/ha of product, but the exact dose is an agronomist's call.
