Tomigan

Tomigan is a selective systemic post-emergence herbicide containing 250 g/l fluroxypyr, a synthetic auxin, formulated as an emulsifiable concentrate. It controls annual and some perennial broadleaf weeds — notably cleavers and field bindweed — in winter and spring wheat, winter and spring barley, and oilseed poppy. Applied as a foliar spray from the crop's two-leaf stage to flag-leaf on cereals, and at the 4–6 true-leaf stage on poppy, at 0.5–0.7 l/ha.
