Makstar

Makstar — a post-emergence systemic herbicide in the form of an emulsifiable concentrate with a fluroxypyr-meptyl content of 250 g/l, a synthetic auxin of the pyridyloxy-carboxylate group. On reaching the leaves, it destroys annual and some perennial dicotyledonous weeds, in particular field bindweed and cleavers, as well as biotypes resistant to 2,4-D and 2M-4X. Winter and spring cereals are sprayed from tillering to the flag leaf, maize at the 3–8 leaf stage and onion at a rate of 0,5–0,8 l/ha in dry, windless weather at the early growth stages of the weeds.
