Slotted automatic two-level action probe for grain sampling

The two-level automatic slotted probe is made of stainless steel and is a design of a manual probe for taking samples with compartments for grain over the entire height of the bulk of the product. Principle of action:

the operator, by means of the sampler control panel, immerses the slotted probe into the body of the grain truck with the product being sampled right down to the bottom, the compartments of the slotted probe being closed at this time. After the slotted probe reaches the bottom, the operator, by means of the switch button for opening the probe compartments, chooses which method of opening the probe compartments to select, there are two options for opening the compartments: The first option:

opening of only the lower half of the probe cells, the upper half at this switch setting remaining closed. This will be sampling only from the lower half of the vehicle body and the near-bottom layer. The second option:

standard sampling over the entire height of the bulk of the product. First the lower half of the cells of the slotted probe opens, then the upper half of the probe cells opens. The sample under the action of gravity fills the probe compartments in sequence, after which the compartments close and the samples are discharged into the vacuum transfer chamber at the working end of the probe.
