Overview

About this product

Quantum Boron + Calcium Chelate EDTA (B+CaO) — a complex liquid boron fertilizer enriched with calcium in chelated form: the Ca cations are chelated with EDTA. It contains 105 g/l of boron, 42 g/l of CaO and 57 g/l of nitrogen, which, per the maker, improves calcium uptake; pH 7.0–8.0, density 1.33–1.37 kg/l.

It is recommended for boron-loving field and fruit crops, especially in the reproductive phase. Wheat, barley, maize are treated at 0.3–0.5 l/ha, oilseed rape at 1.0–2.0, sunflower at 0.5–1.5, vegetable crops at 1.0–1.5 l/ha, pome fruit, stone fruit, grapes, nut at 0.2–0.3 l/100 l of water, currant, raspberry, strawberry at 0.3–0.5.

It is well compatible in tank mixes with other fertilizers and pesticides.

What farmers ask most

  • Rates depend on crop, prior history, soil analysis and nutrient status. An agronomist sets the dose from this product's label — not an NPK-complex template of 150–300 kg/ha.
