Prometrex

Prometrex is a selective pre-emergence herbicide containing 500 g/L prometryn, a triazine active, formulated as a suspension concentrate. It controls annual broadleaf weeds — including wild mustard, wild radish, lambsquarters, redroot pigweed and purslane — plus some annual grasses in potato, sunflower, soybean and carrots. Applied at 2.0–3.0 L/ha by spraying the soil before sowing or before crop emergence, it combines contact activity with prolonged residual soil action and imposes no crop-rotation restrictions. Pre-harvest intervals of 90 days on potato and 120 days on carrots apply.
