Поліфоска 15 — гранульоване комплексне добриво NPK(S) зі збалансованою формулою 15-15-15 та 20% SO₃ (близько 8% сірки) виробництва Grupa Azoty Police. Рівне співвідношення азоту, фосфору й калію робить його універсальним передпосівним добривом для зернових, ріпаку, кукурудзи, цукрових буряків, картоплі та овочів.
