Фосфарм 4-10-15 — гранульоване комплексне NPK-добриво, що містить 4% азоту, 10% фосфору та 15% калію, збагачене 9% оксиду кальцію, водорозчинною сіркою та мікроелементами міддю й цинком. Його вносять у ґрунт перед сівбою з обов'язковим загортанням, створюючи запас фосфору й калію для озимих і ярих зернових, кукурудзи, ріпаку, цукрових буряків, картоплі, бобових, лук, овочевих і плодових культур. Типові норми внесення — від 200 до 550 кг на гектар.
