Mol cutting fluid EMolin 120

MOL Emolin 120 - a universal bio-stable semi-synthetic water-miscible cutting and cooling fluid containing boron. The product contains 40 % refined mineral oil, an emulsifier, anti-corrosion and anti-wear additives, and also friction modifiers. It contains no MBO, MBM and HPT formaldehyde donors. For the preparation of emulsions it is recommended to use mixing equipment. The concentrate must always be added to water during active mixing. The concentration of the finished emulsion must be checked with a calibrated refractometer. Refractometer reading: 1.1. The cleanliness of the system is the decisive factor as far as the service life of the emulsion is concerned, therefore before every change it is recommended to use the MOL Netsol SC system cleaner. Resistance to micro-organisms is ensured by maintaining a minimum emulsion concentration of 4-5% (vol).
