MOL cutting fluid Emcool ADD
MOL Emcool ADD - a water-miscible cutting and cooling fluid developed for the forming of thin metal sheets. It is a highly refined mineral oil which contains emulsifiers, anti-corrosion additives, silicone-free anti-foam additives, and also components for improving the lubricating properties. It is especially recommended for the machining of aluminium. When mixed with water it forms a milk-coloured emulsion. The concentration recommended for use is 2.5 - 6 % (vol). Refractometer reading: 0.9. A 2.5% (vol.) emulsion in combination with the deep-drawing fluid MOL Fortilmo ADD 20, which is used in the wall-ironing technology, are excellently suited for cleaning tools. It contains no chlorine, nitrites, secondary amines, polychlorinated terphenyl (PCT) and polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB), heavy metals or barium compounds.
