Mistard

Mistard is a post-emergence herbicide containing tribenuron-methyl at 750 g/kg, formulated as water-dispersible granules. Belonging to the sulfonylurea class, it inhibits the acetolactate synthase enzyme and stops cell division in susceptible plants within hours. It controls broadleaf weeds such as lambsquarters, cocklebur, thistle, pigweed, ragweed, wild radish and volunteer rape in tribenuron-tolerant sunflower hybrids. Apply to actively growing weeds between the two- and eight-leaf stages of the crop, using 200–300 litres of working solution per hectare.
