Alfa-Star

Alfa-Star is a post-emergence systemic herbicide based on tribenuron-methyl (750 g/kg), formulated as water-dispersible granules. This sulfonylurea (ALS inhibitor) controls a broad range of annual and perennial broadleaf weeds in cereal crops such as wheat and barley, including populations resistant to 2,4-D, with high activity on sow thistle and cleavers. Apply from the crop's two-leaf stage to flag leaf, during active weed growth. It breaks down quickly in soil, leaving no crop-rotation restrictions.
