Sergonol·Micronutrients
About this product
Sergonol Magnesium - a concentrated, 100% chelated micronutrient fertilizer for foliar feeding, intended to compensate for magnesium deficiency in plants.
The product effectively compensates for magnesium deficiency in plants. It contains no ballast additives, therefore it does not cause leaf burn and is fully taken up through the leaf surface of the plant.
Magnesium affects all processes in plant cells in which the transfer of chemical energy and its accumulation take place (photosynthesis, respiration, glycolysis and so on). Together with calcium, magnesium takes part in building the pectin substances in cell walls. More than 300 enzymes are activated by magnesium, thanks to its specific binding into various complexes. Magnesium also has a positive effect on the perception and uptake of phosphorus.
Signs of magnesium deficiency are often observed on light soils. They include interveinal chlorosis of old leaves, which harden, become brittle, dry out prematurely and fall. An acute magnesium deficiency causes "wrinkling" of the leaves. It is very necessary for crops that remove a large amount of potassium from the soil — sugar beet, grape, potato, protected-ground crops.
Treatment using the product Sergonol Magnesium must be carried out with a solution prepared immediately before use. Joint application with the product Sergonol AMINOcomplex, which is an active antistressant and growth stimulant, is also recommended.
Working solution rate in the case of foliar feeding: 200-300 l/ha.
