Intake Valve Cleaner – a highly effective product for cleaning the intake system of petrol engines all the way to the intake valves and in the most difficult places, from all typical contaminants, without dismantling the system. In most cases one application is enough to bring the fuel system into perfect condition.

During operation, deposits gradually accumulate on the idle air control valve (IAC), which ultimately affects the circulation of air and gases. This reduces engine power and its capacity, the smoothness of idling is disturbed and fuel consumption increases noticeably.

Signs of a clogged idle air control valve may be:

Difficult starting;Intermittent idling, indicated by jumping tachometer readings;Slow drop in revs when pressing the clutch pedal while driving;Black smoke from the exhaust pipe. Properties:

Quickly, effectively and gently removes dirt, soot, carbon, resinous and oily deposits and other most long-standing contaminants;Thereafter protects the intake system components from corrosion and oxidation, prevents the formation of new contaminants and deposits on them, ensures the functionality and mobility of the moving parts – extending the service life of the intake system and reducing repair costs;Eases cold starting, restores even idle revs, reduces fuel consumption;Contains acetone – aggressive to paintwork and plastics;Safe for catalytic converters, oxygen sensors and turbochargers. Application:

Shake the can well before use. The product must be sprayed downstream of the air flow meter (the product must not get onto it) for not less than 30 seconds (depending on the degree of contamination) with the engine running at idle (minimum 2000 rpm). If there are particularly stubborn deposits on the throttle valve, inside the intake manifold or on the intake valves, the cleaning procedure may be repeated. After use, let the engine run for approximately another 20 s at min. 2000 rpm, so that any residues in the intake system can burn off.
