Mannol grease WR-2 Ester

A multi-purpose water-resistant grease made on the basis of highly refined mineral oils with a thickener based on mixed lithium-calcium soap with the addition of synthetic complex ethers (esters) and special adhesion, anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion additives.

Properties:

The presence of synthetic complex ethers (esters) in the composition significantly increases the anti-wear, anti-scuffing and anti-friction properties of the grease;Retains its operating properties from -30 to + 120 °С, which increases the service life of friction assemblies;Thanks to the use of different metal cations in the composition of the thickener, it has increased protective properties;Reliably protects bearings and other parts against corrosion when the equipment operates in a damp and contaminated environment over a long period of service;Effectively reduces friction and wear;Resistant to the action of hot and cold water, absolutely insusceptible to the action of sea water, has water-repellent and sealing properties;Has good adhesion to metals, forms a durable lubricating film resistant to water, temperature fluctuations and contamination, which makes it possible to increase the change interval and reduce the cost of servicing;Resistant to softening, aging and oxidation. Has good thermal and mechanical stability. Retains the stability of temperature changes;Meets a wide range of requirements, which makes it possible to use one grease in most assemblies;The consistency of the grease remains constant during long-term storage. For industrial equipment that is operated in conditions of increased humidity. It is also used as a universal grease with anti-scuffing properties for «off-road» application, where constant contact of water with the grease is typical. Intended for servicing boat mechanisms, wheel bearings, ball joints, swivel joints, cardan shaft pins, ropes and pulleys, winches and other friction assemblies where the action of a damp environment is possible.
