Mannol grease Low Viscosity Grease Ester

A lithium-calcium semi-fluid grease for the lubrication of low-speed gearboxes and centralized lubrication systems (CLS) of trucks and buses, which meets the requirements of Daimler-Benz (sheet 264) for greases for trucks and the requirements of MAN TL 283. with the addition of synthetic complex ethers (esters), anti-wear, depressant, anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation additives.

Properties:

The presence of synthetic complex ethers (esters) in the composition significantly increases the anti-wear, anti-scuffing and anti-friction properties of the grease;Retains its operating properties from -40 to +140 °С, which increases the service life of the bearings; It pumps excellently thanks to its consistency and its low-temperature properties – the CLS lines do not become blocked even at very low temperatures down to -40 °С;Has good water resistance, resists washing out by water, retaining its protective properties;Has good adhesion to metal surfaces, forms a durable oil film resistant to temperature fluctuations and contamination, which makes it possible to increase the change interval and reduce the cost of servicing;Reliably protects bearings and other parts against corrosion;Has good thermal and mechanical stability, effectively resists oxidation;Has good anti-wear and anti-friction properties; The consistency of the grease remains constant during long-term storage. Shelf life 5 years from the date of manufacture provided that the rules of storage and the integrity of the packaging are observed. Application:

Specially intended for the central lubrication system of trucks and buses, it is used in other CLS and in pneumatic tools.

When using the grease it is necessary to observe the requirements of the equipment manufacturers.

Store in a dry room at a temperature from +5 °C to +35 °С.
