About this product

Agrostar

Agrostar is a selective systemic post-emergence herbicide based on the dimethylamine salt of MCPA (500 g/l) in a soluble concentrate formulation. As a product of hormonal action (a synthetic auxin) it is absorbed by the leaves and moves through the plant, killing annual and some perennial broadleaf weeds, in particular ragweed, field bindweed, thistle and field horsetail. It is used on winter and spring cereals, pea and flax during the active growth of the weeds — from the tillering stage to the appearance of the flag leaf.
