About this product
The Astronaut A5 Next is a robot for automatic milking in which cows choose when to be milked, eat and rest. A hybrid arm in a spacious cow box and a teat detection system combining a laser with a camera attach the teat cups.
Before milking, brushes clean dirt and manure from the teats and the underside of the udder and stimulate let-down, then are disinfected. The robot runs on the AOS-2 operating system, works with Lely Horizon and takes an optional Automatic milk filter that changes filter socks itself.
