About this product
Knockout Extra is a suspension-concentrate insecticide containing 200 g/L alpha-cypermethrin, a synthetic pyrethroid. It works by contact and ingestion, modulating sodium channels in the insect nervous system to cause rapid paralysis. It controls a broad complex of sucking and chewing pests on field crops and offers antifeedant and repellent activity. Apply as a foliar spray in 200–400 L/ha of water once pest numbers exceed the economic threshold, spraying below +25°C and in low wind for best coverage.
