About this product

Altron SC

Altron SC is a pyrethroid insecticide formulated as a suspension concentrate with 200 g/L of alpha-cypermethrin. It works by contact and ingestion, blocking the sodium channels of the insect nervous system and causing paralysis within 10–15 minutes and complete death within 1.5–2 hours. It controls a broad range of sucking and leaf-eating pests and has repellent properties. The product is applied as a spray at 0.05–0.125 L/ha during the growing season when pests appear, providing a prolonged protective effect.
