About this product

Intercept

INTERCEPT is a post-emergence soluble concentrate herbicide from Nufarm combining two imidazolinone actives, imazamox (33 g/l) and imazapyr (15 g/l). Used on IMI-tolerant (Clearfield) sunflower, it controls broadleaf and grass weeds in a single pass and suppresses sunflower broomrape. The product is absorbed through roots and leaves and moves systemically to inhibit the acetolactate synthase enzyme. Apply by spraying at the 4–8 leaf crop stage while weeds are small and actively growing.
