Euro-Lightning
Euro-Lightning is a post-emergence herbicide for Clearfield sunflower hybrids, combining the imidazolinone active ingredients imazapyr (15 g/L) and imazamox (33 g/L) in a soluble concentrate. It controls grass and broadleaf weeds, including problem species such as sunflower broomrape, thistle and ragweed, moving systemically through leaves and roots. Applied once at the four-leaf crop stage while weeds are small, it works largely independent of rainfall and suits minimum-till and no-till systems.
