Stubble Destructor
Stubble Destructor — a concentrated peat-based humic product with humic acids 70 g/l for faster decomposition of straw, stubble and other plant residues after harvest.
Main advantages
- Humic acids 70 g/l — a peat-based product
- With urea at 3–5 kg N/ha — nitrogen for microorganisms
- Maize stalks 6–7 months — instead of 12–24, per the maker
- Spraying and incorporation — at night or early morning
Overview
About this product
Stubble Destructor — a concentrated peat-based humic product for decomposing stubble, straw, rhizomes and leaves after harvest. It contains humic acids 70 g/l, fulvic acids 34 g/l, humic substances 104 g/l and macro- and micronutrients; pH 10–11.
Per the maker, it stimulates soil microorganisms and works in combination with urea, 3–5 kg N/ha together with the product. Rate 2–4 l/ha on maize and sunflower, 2–3 l/ha on cereals, 1.5–2.2 l/ha on legumes and green manures; solution 200–300 l/ha sprayed onto the stubble with immediate incorporation into the soil.
Packs of 5, 20 and 1000 l.

Decomposition times per the maker (without destructor / with destructor, months): cereal straw 3-4 / 2-2.5; oilseed rape straw 4-6 / 2-3; maize stalks 12-24 / 6-7; sunflower stalks 5-6 / 2.5-3
- Timing
Two stages: after harvest and before tillage
Keep the gap between spraying and tillage minimal
- Method
Spraying onto the stubble with subsequent incorporation into the soil (discing)
Fill the tank one third, add the destructor, switch on the agitator, top up with water; solution use 200–400 l/ha
- Conditions
Treat at night or early in the morning to avoid direct sunlight
Most effective when the straw is left in the field and chopped by the combine
- Tank mix
3–5 kg N/ha as urea together with the product; for the best result an additional 20–30 kg N/ha of ammonium nitrate broadcast before tillage
Recommended for use separately from chemicals; combining is allowed after a sediment test
