DKS 4391 WAXY — a waxy maize hybrid from the Dekalb programme of the company Bayer, FAO 350, of the mid-late maturity group with a dent grain type. The waxy endosperm has an increased amylopectin content, which provides a high grain quality. A strong root system and stem support a high yield potential. The hybrid is distinguished by good drought resistance, cold resistance, initial growth energy and resistance to fusarium. Suitable for all growing zones and all soil types, it is suited to traditional, minimum, strip-till and no-till technologies, for grain and silage use.
