Load cell Zemic BM3
BM3 — a strain-gauge load cell of the S — shaped type.
The S — shaped type is used for the manufacture of suspended hopper scales, crane scales, test systems and tensile testing machines, and also in the modernisation of mechanical scales.
Thanks to its high metrological characteristics, this type of load cell is widely used in many industrial weighing systems.
The BM3 load cell can be used in harsh industrial conditions (alkaline and acidic environments).
The body is made of stainless steel with the use of laser welding, the protection class of the load cell is IP68 (complete dust and moisture protection).
Recommended for use at meat-processing plants and dairy plants. The load cell can additionally be supplied with rod-end joints, which provide protection against «breakages» and make it possible to reduce substantially the time for installing and starting up the equipment.
