CRC aerosol welding spatter protection Easy Weld

An industrial product for preventing the adhesion of welding spatter, based on biodegradable oil (СЕС-I-33-Т-82). CRC Easy Weld provides a quick and convenient way of preventing welding spatter from sticking to metal surfaces during welding and removes the need to treat the surface after welding with a cutter, a metal wire brush or a grinding wheel. It also prevents clogging in automatic and semi-automatic welding equipment.

Properties:

creates a non-silicone heat-resistant barrier;has a long-lasting action that does not allow spatter to stick;easily removes spatter after welding with the aid of a brush;thanks to a very thin film it is economical in use;increases the service life of the nozzle;increases the stability of the welding arc by providing a free gas flow;contains effective corrosion inhibitors to protect the treated surfaces and equipment against corrosion;the aerosol can is fitted with a 360° valve (works in any position) and an additional tube for ease of use;the aerosol is under the pressure of a hydrocarbon gas.
