Overview
About this product
Nexur S — a blend of urea ammonium sulfate with the urease inhibitor NBPT: 38% nitrogen, of which 31% amide and 7% ammonium, and 7% water-soluble sulfur. NBPT delays the hydrolysis of urea to ammonium nitrogen, which reduces losses from ammonia volatilisation and increases the efficiency of nitrogen nutrition.
Per the maker, the fertilizer gives more flexibility in storage and is suitable for blends with other urea-based fertilizers. It is intended for use on agricultural crops.
Bags of 25 and 50 kg, big bags from 500 kg.

Questions & answers
What farmers ask most
- Rates depend on crop, prior history and soil analysis. Urea and other straight nitrogen grades are not an NPK complex: a cereal ballpark is often 100–250 kg/ha of product, but the exact dose is an agronomist's call.
