About this product
Alfa-Bentazon
Alfa-Bentazon is a post-emergence selective contact herbicide containing bentazone (480 g/L) as a soluble concentrate. Applied to soybean at the 1-3 true-leaf stage, it controls a wide range of annual broadleaf weeds and sedges (nutsedge, reed), including pigweed, black nightshade, cleavers and wild mustard. Bentazone blocks photosynthetic electron transport and is absorbed through leaves and roots. It can be tank-mixed with fungicides, foliar fertilizers and growth regulators.
