Full explanation
Tier 1 — OES (Original Equipment Supplier): the same factory that supplies the machinery OEM, sold under its own brand. Examples: Bosch (injectors, pumps), Mahle (filters), Donaldson (air filters), Kayaba (hydraulic pumps). 20–40% cheaper than OEM at identical quality. Tier 2 — reputable independents (Baldwin, Wix, Fram, NSK, SKF, Timken) — 80–95% of OEM service life at 40–60% less cost. Tier 3 — no-name Chinese/Turkish — 20–50% service life, risk of sudden failure under Common Rail and high hydraulic pressure. Ukrainian distributors: AgroRosa, OilTechProm, AgroAlliance. Aftermarket filters for Common Rail engines (John Deere PowerTech, Case IH FPT, CLAAS Mercedes) must meet β4 ≥200 — cheap filters can destroy a CP4 pump in 200 engine hours.
