Team accounts on adam.ua: invite colleagues to your cabinet
Farmers and suppliers can now invite colleagues to a shared cabinet, accept invitations directly on the site, and communicate via team channels.
The Team tab is now available for farmers
The Settings → Team tab has arrived in the farmer cabinet — it was previously available only to suppliers. The cabinet owner can:
- invite a colleague by email and assign a role,
- see who is already on the team and whose invitation is still pending,
- resend or revoke an invitation.
Only the owner can manage this tab.
Invitations are visible directly in the cabinet
Previously, invitations were sent by email only. Now the invited person sees the invitation as soon as they log in to the site. If they had registered before but never actively used their account, they simply accept the invitation and join the team — no account deletion required.
Team channels in Chats
Under Chats → Channels you'll find shared team rooms and direct messages between colleagues. Available features:
- voice and audio messages up to 100 MB, photos and files,
- reactions (hover to see exactly who reacted),
- emoji-only messages are displayed larger,
- unread message counter on the Chats menu item.
A channel owner can delete the channel.
Who benefits
This is particularly useful for farms and supplier companies where multiple people work from the same cabinet: an agronomist, procurement manager, accountant, or director. Orders, price requests and discussions stay on adam.ua — the whole team sees the same information.
