ЖК-80.05.500 Drum assembly

ЖК-80.05.500 Drum assembly

Description:

The ЖК-80.05.500 drum assembly is a key component intended for use in ЖК-82 series agricultural equipment. Made of high-quality steel and other strong materials, this drum has high resistance to mechanical loads, corrosion and wear. The set includes all the elements necessary for installation and operation, ensuring reliable and durable running.

Purpose: The ЖК-80.05.500 drum assembly performs the following functions:

 • Main working element: The drum is the main working element, which takes part in carrying out the principal operations of agricultural equipment, such as chopping, grinding or separation.  • Transmission of mechanical energy: It ensures the transmission of mechanical energy from the drive to the working mechanisms, ensuring their effective functioning.  • Even load distribution: It gradually distributes the load over the mechanisms, reducing the risk of deformation of and damage to the equipment.  • Reduction of vibration and noise: Thanks to its design and quality materials, the drum contributes to reducing vibration and noise during operation, improving the operating characteristics of the equipment.  • Ensuring stable operation: It guarantees stable and effective operation of the equipment, preventing breakdowns and minimizing the need for maintenance.

The ЖК-80.05.500 drum assembly is widely used in various assemblies of ЖК-82 series agricultural machinery. Its use contributes to increased productivity and reliability of the equipment, improved operating characteristics and lower maintenance and repair costs.
